CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATION
Highway on-ramp was built on the trash disposal site. In the first stage the cellular confinement system (geocell) deep 200 mm (8 in) was used. In the second stage the cellular confinement system (geocell) deep 100 mm (4 in) was applied.
